•If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 20 will be charged.
•If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
•If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
•50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking
